I’ll answer them all at once to make up for being a terrible blog owner as of late: 

1) They might as well call it the SYTYCD troupe at this point, which I’m fine with.

2) I’m unsure what that really entails. They didn’t really explain, and I imagine it was on purpose so as to not give anything away. But still. Hm.

3) I’ll take it. More Jeanine on my screen.

4) I SAW AND IT GAVE ME LIFE

5) Season 10 was definitely special, but special mention to seasons 7 and 4, too.

6) It doesn’t seem like it? Since we already have Jason and Paula, another judge would seem like overkill. Then again, we’ve had four judges before despite it being totally unnecessary.

But both season 3 and 5 had orginal partnerships still in top 6, so is just luck i guess.

Yeah, something like that. Season 5 could have been anyone's game, though.

No Dan is not Chris Scott Beta. You can say what you want about Chris Scott but I am willing to sit through 100 of Teeth just to see Cinema, Misty Blue, Holy Ghost or Architect of Mind, Dan didn't have that. And Chris makes appropriate routines. In Dan's defense it was 2008 and hip-hop classes were still called MTV- or VideoClip- dance (at least in Poland) and that kind of stuff is hard to translate into a duet, because choreo itself is not so so horrible

Chris Scott has his moments and Dan never had moments, but Dan still reminds me of him somehow. Without the hidden talent, I guess. /hates

Was Jasmine Harper so good in Ballroom, though? I am more generous, I think. I would add Ricky, seriously his hip-hop was enough to me to put him on this list and I loved his cha-cha, Carly - she didn't get latin but her quickstep was awesome. Eliana? and Tiffany! Sabra and Lacey maybe Lauren G. | I am surprised that there are no boys there but it's more common for guys to have weird style, girls are more style-translatable

Paul and Joshua are there! I can’t decide about Russell since his attempts at standard ballroom were iffy, but his Latin with Mollee was adorable. I wouldn’t put Eliana there since I didn’t think she was all that great in hip-hop and I don’t recall if she had ballroom when it wasn’t with Cyrus, I would throw Sabra in there, yes, and Lauren Gottlieb after the show was over, lol. 

I wouldn’t put Carly since we only saw her in, like, three styles and her quickstep was good but not super amazing, and we can make a case for Ricky.

Latin Jazz is my jam, I took class and it's so much fun! | Did you see that Alexis joined Stomp tour, Jourdan is in bad Boys of Dance| I think that Jason fits the show more than Paula, I actually liked him last year! He kind of represents someone who can hire all those street dancers in the future. I am not angry with him being on the panel. If they wanted celebrity judges so much why not go with Christina Appelgate. I am seriously getting sad that it's not Adam HAHAHA

1)Dude, I would do just about anything to get in a Latin jazz class. I would probably never leave or something.

2) I did! 

3) I didn't mind Jason as much as other celebrity judges when he was on, but I also wouldn't have brought him back. I understand that he's someone that will/could hire some of them in the future, but I also just really miss valuable input from choreographers of all genres like we used to get in the past. 

4) Seriously, they should have just gotten Adam.

Now thinking about it, Wade is probably the blame of all those concepts in later seasons, he was the one who started it...

...you're probably right. There was never a big emphasis on concepts back then, but we could always count on Wade to give us something wacky.

Jourdan's audition was so good, but she had changed music though. She was suppose to be my Eliana 2.0. | Don't you think that if season 3 happened today finale would be between Jaimie, Danny and Ricky Palomino (he was Mia's chosen one, ha I wonder what happened)

I absolutely loved Jourdan's audition and I had a completely different idea of her from that than what happened when she was on the show, and I'm still sad about it. 

Sabra probably still would have been the Brunette Darkhorse, but she would have gone home at top six or something since they tend to and the winner would have been Danny or Dominic, because you always have to have a hip-hop dancer in the finale unless it's season 11. 

(Lol clearly the producers didn't like Ricky as much as Mia did.)

but will ballroom be even relevant in season 12? Maybe they got Misty? Please no Paula. I am sad, I actually like Mary, contestants seem to like Mary, she is true part of the show. I will even miss scream. I hope she at lest will be guest. Maybe they will go with Nigel + street dance judge and stage dance judge, that would make sense. Or Adam will be in panel again, I like Adam, he is basically living reaction gif.

To be honest, ballroom hasn't been relevant in the past few seasons (despite them having so many of them last season), but at least they had someone to critique it. And Mary is actually a legit judge even if she doesn't act like it half the time, and like you said, she's just part of the show. If they get Misty, I'd be cool with that, but Misty probably won't be available for the entire season. I really really don't want Paula, though. She drove me crazy on SYTYCD AU last season. 

I would love Adam on the panel so long as there isn't a Mia to warp his opinions like in season 7.
