[Starter] Seeking Solace

It had been several months after he had been freed of his blood-lust that Sabretooth started to think about the consequences. What did that mean for him? Did this really give him a new chance at life? There were so many questions in his mind, yet nobody seemed to have any answers for the mutant.

No matter where he went, the past hung over him like a dark cloud and though it was not unexpected, the feral had hoped to find a way to change people’s minds through his actions. But what if he wasn’t given a chance? Those burning questions had finally brought him to the small Church he was currently standing in front of. When had he last been in a Church without the aim to kill whoever was in it? .. Victor couldn’t remember. Maybe as a child.

Opening the heavy door to the building, he looked around to see if there was anyone there and spotted a hooded figure at the altar, seemingly busy with praying. For a moment he thought to turn back and leave the priest to his own business before he tentatively took a step forward, the sound echoing against the stone walls.
