Adam wasn't actively looking for anything, so when, in the middle of his people-watching he caught sight of RJ--the boy he hadn't seen in too-long a time, made to seem that much longer by the note that had been left for him--it was quite the surprise.

The professor nearly dropped his coffee as he made his way over, maneuvering around students to approach RJ.

"Hey," when he reached him he wanted nothing more than to reach out, pull him close, and stroke his back, but that was one of the big things on the 'Not-To-Do-In-Public' list. "S'good to see you." He licked his lips, preparing to come up with something to say. Though, in the end, all he managed to get out was: "Can we talk later?"

"You look like my ex, who was a total bitch. I’m not saying you look like a bitch, I’m just saying you look like someone who’s a bitch. So… I guess I’m saying you do look like a bitch, actually.”

"Well you would not be wrong; I've been called a bitch more times than I can count. Though you look like someone that could be a real ass-hat, but I am not one to assume from looks. That would not be proper." Of course the sarcasm that dripped from the last sentence dictated anything but.
