Scott decided to go for a walk and get some fresh air. The drama in his life the past couple of weeks had began to get on his nerves. He’d become easily irritated by almost every little thing, something which annoyed the hell out of him. He just felt like he needed silence, it was the one thing he knew he seemed to need the most apart from Taylor’s support. The pack was falling apart, it’s how he saw it, but he didn’t blame himself, no. It hurt, it was something he hadn’t admitted out loud yet. His friendships were crumbling down, him and Lydia’s had after his outburst at her. He’d lost it, the stress seemed to have gotten the worst of him in that moment only to snap, but she was the one to trigger it with her words, attack the one he loved the most in such a way, call her an idiot, call him an idiot as well right to his face. It was something he couldn’t allow to go any further and he didn’t. He still hadn’t heard anything about Allison since their last encounter and it felt as if he’d managed to push her away completely, something he hadn’t intended to do. Maybe in the moment, he had, he wasn’t sure, but he never would’ve meant the words with all his heart. He kept walking, his gaze focused on the ground as he walked as he seemed to have another battle with his thoughts inside his head. He didn’t know what was right or wrong anymore, either way he’d had enough and it was time to clear everything in his mind. Maybe even move onto a different page if things didn’t sort themselves out.
Scott kept walking, gaze stuck on the ground yet soon enough he came to a stop once he found himself inhaling an all to familiar scent. The alpha instantly looked around himself, brown orbs finding an all to familiar brunette in the distance and he froze. Maybe it was his only chance to talk things out with her, without anyone telling him to do so. Perhaps it’s the only way for him to breathe again, the only way for him to untie one of the knots that have seemed to form over the past couple of weeks. He’s walking towards her, steps slow, yet quick enough to actually approach her, and he reached out to let his fingers wrap around her wrist gently, stopping her from walking any further. “I uh..” He hadn’t thought of how to begin the conversation, something which he noticed to be an issue. He didn’t know what to tell her, what to say to her and he didn’t even know if he should apologize for what he’d told her at Mardi Grass. “Mind if we talk?” His words are spoken quietly, his hand moving up to run through his brown curls as his teeth sank into his bottom lip. “About us, what I said and what you did. About everything pretty much.” It was a simple explanation, one which he hoped would make things easier for not only her, but also himself when it came to understanding. “Please?”
