If itz ok to ask, what ways would someone who is blind (100% blind, cannot see anything) and nonverbal communicate? Ive been trying to figure it out but its been puzzling me
The easiest way is to use an AAC device that produces sound, so basically any high-tech one, whether it's text to speech or symbol based or anything else. They are a very common option for people who can afford it and any modern phone can be used as one.
From other ways you can have things like tactile sign language or tactile braille, but they have more requirements (many nonverbal people can't sign because it's a foreign language to them and learning it takes time, not to mention that they have a language disability; and most blind people know neither braille or especially not any kind of sign language).
