#unsurprisingly (..'spose..😒) this unique instrument, 'created' from discarded items, never fails to amuse other musicians. Non of them ask me if they can 'have-a-go' with it..🙁 It started as an idea when I was playing in R&R revival band, The Interceptors. We were gradually moving toward #skiffle and had a #washboard 👍 I thought a #teachestbass would be good..👍 ..but I didn't have a tea chest..🙁 🤔💡..biscuit tin..👍👍 (Cookie tin - USA..😉) I made an #inovation #ziptiefrets 😁👍 #theinterceptors fell apart..😃👍 #timepast It now has a built-in piezo with #preamp 😃👍 Plugged into my #homehacked amp it makes me sound like the #ramones ?! 😬..😳...😃👍 #imadethis #osmind (at Felpham)
