Answer:

1. Place your coloring on the picture.

2. Select the Rectangle Marquee Tool:

3. Drag the tool where you want your coloring to show:

4. Make sure you have your psd group selected. Now click on the Vector Mask Tool indicated below:

5. After you click on mask your group layer will now look like this:

6. Now to for the whole coloring to show and only a piece of the b&w coloring to show Repeat the same steps above and your group layer should look like this:
