We attended Zen nights 2yr anniversary yesterday (Zen nights is a a monthly plantbased block party thats located in Mesa,Az) & found this beauty of a bowl from @theitaltrap. This bowl has a walnut crumble on a bed of Coconut-Tumeric Rice 🍚 🥥, accompanied by a salad and Sweet Plantain. All Top with Cashew Aïoli Sauce and a spicy mango peppa Sauce.
