@thejordanphoenix also known as JordanPhoenix on both ao3 and ffnet, has been stealing AA artwork and has been using the pieces in her fanfiction, unsourced and most likely without permission.
This is absolutely horrible and I plan on telling as many people as I can, as someone who has had their art stolen before.

This post is not a personal attack, but I feel it is extremely disrespectful and rude to the artists themselves to have something they’ve worked so hard on stolen from them. There are far too many chapters in this to go through (over 160, with multiple pieces in some of them, sources ranging from pixiv, deviantart, tumblr, and godawful pinterest), but it is evident that she’s not sourcing these.
This is not something that is appropriate to do at all, and I felt this was the best way to let most of the fandom know.
Unfortunately, due to certain individuals, theJordanPhoenix, the real one, Tumblr Account has been deleted.
Whatever account is currently out there under that name is false. Hopefully this issue will be resolved shortly. Under certain information, it was related due to “unlinked” and “uncredited” circumstances on the use of certain fanart and usage of other sources of illustration.
As being one of the artists who contributed art to great work such as Turnabout Everlasting, I would have to agree that this claim of using said art is a false accusation. I have been credited by the authentic JordanPhoenix, themself. This individual does indeed credit art and/or links it to the original in artist/website/source in convenience to the owner.
Turnabout Everlasting is a great piece of work under the Ace Attorney FF & AO3 and sadly has been accused of wrongful usage. Please refrain from regarding the false accounts as authentic.

Sooo after I posted Miles Edgeworth as Prince Adam/the Beast, @thejordanphoenix asked if I would consider drawing Franziska in Belle´s dress...which I had planned to do all along because I was curious as to how she would look like in it. Gotta say I think she looks beyond stunning. I think the dress looks very special, but still beautiful with her signature colour scheme applied to it.
Also should she ever consider growing her hair out? I´m all for it!
Bonus: make the dress ivory or white, add a veil, and you´ll have a perfect von Karma-worthy wedding gown. :3

This blanket apology/disclaimer is not enough. If she could take the time to look up the photos she wanted to use in her chapters, she could also link back to the page she found them on. it shouldn't be the responsibility of the reader to call her out on this.
After my last post, thejordanphoenix proceeded to delete their tumblr account, while adding these ‘disclaimers’ to their other accounts, preferring to avoid the wrong she knew she did.
I didn’t mean for this to go this far. But after the rude way she spoke to me after commenting on something i disagreed with in one of her stories, I felt like it was enough. I would have PM’d her privately on the matter, but the more i went through the comments on her works, and through the fanfics themselves, the more i realized that this woman is nothing more than a bully and a bigot.
She had also been confronted before (over a year ago) on her lack of providing sources to the works, way before i made my post, yet she chose to ignore it.
It also became evident that whenever confronted with even the smallest amount of criticism, she’d lash out and attack the commenter, instead of taking it in and reflecting on what was said.
Now, i’m not here to talk about the ships she writes about (that would be another post all together), but the way she responded to these comments was completely unwarranted. It’s no surprise that others respond just as vehemently to her.
Aside from the comments, her works also revealed how homophobic, transphobic, and ageist she is (along with the rape jokes that litters her works, which i refuse to share). these screenshots are a handful of examples found in what she’s written, with my own comment and response to how bigoted she was being (i admit my comments comes off as rude as well, but i was ridiculously frustrated by what i had been reading up until then, which you will see here).
This post is long, and I apologize. I know the last thing someone wants to see is more drama, especially since the AA fandom seems to have quite a bit of it every now and again.
But I felt that at least those who actually bothered to look through this post should know about the kind of person she is. Or those why have been attacked by her and had no way to respond back due to her manipulative behavior. Just as well, to spread more info on the fact that the art that litters her writings are all still uncredited (spanning 14 works, and over 200 chapters and counting), and that the flames and hate she continuously complains about is mostly people who are reviewing her work and point out the inconsistencies she’s created against canon itself. OF the people she is accusing of being hateful, she should just as well include herself.
I was told by a few that the images on my last post were hard to see, so i’ve provided a link to an album where you’ll hopefully be able to look through them better.
@sweetlittlevampire*holds breath* anything and everything you do is magic I’d take Miles any way I can get him… and Fredgeworth is tied with Phaya as my OTP…(you bring them to life bless you!) but…do you think you’d ever put Franziska in Belle’s dress to complement Miles? I’d die of joy! <3
