For now, they should just go

But they insist on seeing me

And so they do

Forcing me into a misty embrace

When will I be free?

I tell you, I am through

Yeah, that checks out fam, people tend to think that I'm the youngest out of my sisters, but still older than my brother (who they think is like 6 years younger than he actually is). Granted, people also think that I'm not actually related to my family, so dfghjk

Talk about: 1, 8, 11, 33, 38

1: Talk about the first time you watched your favorite movie.

this is so sad but I don’t actually remember watching The Return of the King for the first time, I remember buying it.. we were in Walmart and it’s vhs version was on display, my dad immediately bought it haha, he didn’t let us watching it that night tho.. I remember hearing Smeagol’s voice coming from the living room in the middle of the night lol.. I guess LOTR has just always been a big part of my childhood, I don’t really remember when any of it started :] 

8: Talk about the thing you are most proud of. 

mkay so about 2 years ago we got asked to help out with a vbs in a city about an hour away, this was to both help in the activities and to translate for the missions team from the US, it was a 3 day vbs but we were there for about 4 day, oh and now that I remember it was actually 2 overlapping ones (there was one in the morning in one place and another in the evening).. it was so intense

we had more than a hundred kids to tend to with 10-15 helpers more or less, and these kids were crazy, kids who had very absent parents, and some who looked like they hadn’t had a good meal in days

so my own personal victories were 1) surviving this week while dealing with my period in a strangers house and 2) impromptu translating in front of a big group of women, like it’s one thing to translate little instructions to little kids and another to do that.. and tbh I have to this day no idea how I did it, bc obviously it wasn’t me but the Lord working through me

so yeah, every time I think I can’t do something I remember that week

11: Talk about the best dream you’ve ever had.

idk, most of my dreams are unpleasant or I’ve forgotten them by now haha

I’ve had a lot of dreams about my crushes, those are pretty sweet lol 

33: Talk about what you do when you are sad.

listen to sad music and eat junk food and talk with my mom or sister

but I don’t feel like I get sad often, like I feel ‘blah’ but not /sadness/.. idk feelings are fake

38: Talk about songs that remind you of certain people.

haha most Spanish worship music reminds me of this youth group I was a part of for a while (my parents were also the youth pastors at the time).. the worship team and youth group were basically one in the same (with the exception of my sister and I).. ah good times 

also the ep Hold On by Rapture Ruckus remind me of our closest family friends, they came to our church and our friends bought us the cd :D
