On this day, April 22nd, 2016.... we got up and dressed quietly....we had each picked out each other’s outfit....& although we had planned a big family ceremony in Jamaica that next month, this day was ours alone...we took the train down to Wall St to City Hall...and there by ourselves- with just our dear friend @photosbycollis to capture the moment- we made a promise to love each other, and to walk through this journey of life together... at first, I was resistant to us getting married this way, without family around....but now, looking back, this will always be one of the best memories of my life....ever....and such a peaceful way for us to being this union...I love my Dude. My gentle giant. My mountain of comfort in the midst of the storm that is my life. I love his compassion, his humanity, his courage, his megawatt smile, and his never ending well of love for himself and literally everyone around him. To know the Dude is to love him. And to be loved by him? Is a gift that I cherish every day... Happy Anniversary, my love @rlxpress . We’ve been making some truly grown up decisions lately, and I’m oh so grateful to be walking this walk with you. Now and forever, always. Love, Your Shenanigans. 😌💞💪🏽👰🏽🤵🏽 . Special thanks to our friend @photosbycollis for capturing our special day. 🤗 . #TheDudeAndTheLady #TheLandells #MyGuyIsAwesome #SoGrateful #ItsOurAnniversary (at New York City Hall)
