Hrnnngh Hawks having to hardcore fake his death. No one wants to believe he was gone just like that, with no warning. They found nothing at the scene except for rubble and bloodied feathers, but, months later they've still found nothing. Dabi steals one of the feathers and always wears it around his neck. He talks to it almost every night, hopelessly wishing for a response he knows won't come. Hawks is always listening though, and it's the only thing he can still rely on for comfort while he's otherwise completely alone. And it kills him that he can't respond to Dabi. Except one night, he really can't take the way Dabi is talking and how upset and tired he sounds, so Hawks can't stop himself from brushing the feather across his hand. To just let him know. And its stupid and dangerous and risky but he can't stop himself. Dabi almost thinks he imagined it or it was the wind, but the doubt is enough for him. Enough to believe that Hawks is out there and staying hidden for a reason. So, Dabi talks to the feather every night before he goes to sleep, and Hawks always listens, just waiting for the day he can answer.

random Andrew & Neil domestic hc

Andrew &Neil each have their own mug. Neil is a chipped PSU Foxes Mug. Andrews ft lil kittens

Neil learns to bake. 

Andrew arrives home to many almost fires and smoke filled apartments w Neil covered head to toe in flour. 

Doesn't mean he doesn't always try whatever Neils attempted and then confiscates the whole thing. 

When Neil improves Andrew starts leaving print outs of recipes he wants to eat around the apartment for Neil to find.

Watching TV series together and threatening each other against watching the next ep w/o them when they have to go away for work. 

Watching Prison Break bc according to Andrew “that dudes hot and you never know when I’m going to have to break you out of jail”. 

They go to Farmers Market and junk sales together. 

Neil buys homemade jams and fresh fruit/veg. 

They like to pick each other up lil trinkets. 

Neil randomly comes home w paperbacks by authors he knows Andrew likes. 

Andrew buys Neil random orange things and random exy junk he glares while buying and glares while giving them to Neil but his heart clenches when he see’s Neils lil smile/.
