“Hey… you’re part crow!” Kit-kit said, shocked. She never thought she’d find someone similar to herself. Sure, she wasn’t part bird, but she was part fox! Her ears twitched excitedly, as did her tail.

Lost and hungry. Those were the two words that described Kit-kit's current situation.  None of the buildings around her looked familiar, and she didn't recognize the name of the street. Sighing in frustration, she sat down on the sidewalk and glared at a pebble on the ground.
