Mina

1. Noah definitely started taking yoga lessons because he thought the instructor (Mina) was seriously hot. Surprisingly, he actually found that he enjoyed the lessons and quickly realized that Mina was a very talented instructor.

2. Sometimes he stops at the gym on his way to class and leaves lunch for Mina at the front desk so that she’ll have something to eat when her lunch break starts.

3. Noah is a frequent flier when it comes to hangovers but rather than gently trying to nurse him back to health, Mina usually shows up on his doorstep and demands that he come for a long walk so that he’ll feel more refreshed. Noah will bitch about it every step of the way but once the walk is over, he’ll begrudgingly admit that it wasn’t the worst thing in the world and he does feel a tiny bit better.

4. Noah often texts Mina stories about the drunken customers that have attended the bar tonight because she’s always rather entertained by their foolish escapades.

Violet

1. He regularly sends Violet screenshots of lingerie that he sees online and thinks might look good on her. Violet usually rolls her eyes at his antics but Noah has definitely noticed that some of his suggestions have made their way into her wardrobe.

2. In his eyes, Violet is more than just a friend with benefits. She has genuinely become one of the most important people in his life and there is very little that he wouldn’t do for her. The thing that cemented her status in his life was the first time that she opened up to him and told him something that went beyond superficial or flirtatious conversation. He knows that she doesn’t open up to just anyone and he was truly honored to have earned her respect and trust.

3. Noah sends her dumb Snapchats most days; which Violet acts like she hates, yet she’s always quick to reply. Sometimes the pictures let her know that he’s still in bed and struggling to get up; or they detail his difficulty in choosing what to have for breakfast; or even photos asking for her support in choosing his outfit for the day.

4. Violet often teases him for how often he attends the strip club or how much money he spends but honestly, he wasn’t actually such a regular customer before she and Serena started working there. Don’t get him wrong, he loves watching the dancers but it’s more than just that; he wants to make sure that two of the most important women in his life are safe and not being accosted by overzealous customers.

Mina

1. When Lola first met Mina, she was a little reserved around her. The other woman is clearly gorgeous and incredibly close to Ollie so Lola took a couple of weeks to figure her out; and ascertain whether her friendship with Ollie was genuine or if she had ulterior motives. Lola quickly realized that Mina was someone who could be trusted and since that realization, the two women have been trying to build their own friendship outside of Ollie.

2. Sometimes when Lola goes shopping, she stumbles across outfits that she knows would look amazing on Mina and buys them for her friend, despite Mina’s protests. Lola doesn’t do it too often as she knows that it will cause Mina to put her foot down but she knows that she can get away with one outfit every few months.

3. If you look at their thread of text messages on either of their phones, it’s filled with scenic photos. Every single time one of them stumbles across a new hiking trail, they take photos of the view and send them to the other woman. They often rate the new trail as well so that the other one knows whether it’s worth checking out.

4. Sometimes when Lola or Mina has a break between their classes and knows that their friend is stuck at work, they’ll stop by their place of employment with a coffee or a snack to help that person get through the remainder of their work shift.

Violet

1. Whenever Lola sees a particularly good makeup tutorial on Instagram, she’ll tag Violet in it, just in case her friend needs some new inspiration for her work makeup.

2. Lola doesn’t do it all the time as she knows that Violet would cotton on to what she was doing but she’ll regularly pick Violet up after work on the nights that Emery isn’t available to walk her home. Lola always pretends that she was just out for a drive due to her insomnia but really, she just wants to make sure that Violet gets home safely.

3. Sometimes when Lola has a date night with Ollie, Violet brings over some of her dresses for Lola to wear so that she can surprise Ollie by wearing an outfit that he’s never seen before. Violet’s taste in fashion has helped take Ollie’s breath away on several occasions.

4. A lot of people don’t actually realize how close Lola and Violet actually are because they usually hang out late at night, after most people on campus are already asleep. Although Violet isn’t a fully open book around Lola, they do actually talk about a lot of things (especially during their 2am diner trips) and it’s not all superficial in nature.

👫 (for Violet)

1. As the two of them first met whilst marveling over the stupidity of some of the Delta Psi brothers, they now regularly text each other with the latest gossip, rumors and little tidbits that they’ve learned about the fraternity. It never fails to make them both laugh, no matter how shitty their days are going.

2. Emery gave Violet a spare key to the apartment that he shares with Ryder so that she always has a safe place to go; a place where no one will really think to look for her.

3. Ever since that incident in the alley with Violet’s father, Emery has made sure that he finishes work 10-15 minutes before Violet’s own shift ends so that he can be ready and waiting for her outside the club. He knows that Violet can take care of herself but he doesn’t want to risk her getting hurt again; either by her father or some of her clients that are a little too obsessed with her.

4. Emery respects the fact that Violet doesn’t always like talking about the things that are going on in her life and causing her troubles so he doesn’t push her to talk. Instead, he makes her favorite meals when he knows that she’s going through a rough time; always making enough so that she can freeze the leftovers and have them at another time. It’s just a little reminder to let her know that she’s not alone and that he’ll always be there for her when she needs him.

👫 (for Violet)

1. Amber-Jade has alluded to it a few times but tends to beat around the bush a little because neither of them really like sentimentality. The truth of the matter is that Violet is one of her favorite people at work and she genuinely trusts that Violet would have her back if she really needed it.

2. AJ isn’t blind, which means that she’s certainly noticed how gorgeous Violet is. She’s recently started being a little more flirtatious in her interactions with the other woman, subtly testing her out to see how Violet would respond. So far, she’s getting a sense that Violet wouldn’t be totally opposed to something happening between them.

3. Once they’ve both had a few drinks, they delight in using each other’s dating apps to match with various men and women; and send ridiculous pickup lines.

4. AJ has definitely been getting the sense that something is going on with Violet and she’s dealing with a lot at the moment; more than just long-lasting symptoms of a concussions. She’s been subtly making it clear to Violet that she’s always there if Violet needs a friend or someone to talk to without pushing too hard, knowing that it will freak Violet out.
