I commissioned the ever-lovely and ever-talented @themyriadofcrap to do the banner for chapter two of my Prince of Egypt fanfic (the link to chapter one’s information is right here) but....I just couldn’t wait for chapter two to go up and show off this artist’s lovely work. Oh my goodness. I gasped when I opened the file, I’m not kidding.

LOOK AT IT! Look at the shading and details and style and expressions and just every little thing. You all should ask for commissions RIGHT NOW it’s unbelievable how delightful of an experience it was.

drow gal refuses to follow in her family's footsteps of being a necromancer, becomes bard. Gets her first friend in her life who becomes her bodyguard, they bond over mutual crappy childhoods and feelings of loneliness after abandoning their noble titles. Eventually they fell in love.
