I decided to make a porcelain Pierrot figurine as his avatar

He got into the circus when, together with the rest of the team, he explored the abandoned C&A building and decided to put on a headset. In this crossover, I used the theory of mind copying, that is in the real world the Skipper simply took off the headset and they continued to explore the building, while the digital copy remained in the circus.

03/27/2025 Progress Update:

TLDR: 3.5K edited today. Finished second section, about a quarter of the way through the third. We’ve got about 6K left to go. If we keep this pace, probably will be done editing by Saturday night. Then beta time. YAYAYAY

I sat down and was like “I’M NOT LEAVING THIS SPOT UNTIL I FINISH” and then I edited just as much as normal lmao 🤣 Honest to God I could keep going rn, I’m in the headspace for writing, which makes it all the more tragic that I’m already gonna get 6 hours of sleep tonight soooo gotta go to bed or I’ll die tomorrow🫡 Also passing out a bit ‘cause I had tea and that was a mistake if I wanted to stay lucid.

I think the first and third sections of this chapter are very strong. I like them both a lot and they were very fun to write. It’s just this damn second section that I keep second-guessing. Gonna try and discuss that one in-depth with beta, see if we can’t get to the bottom of it. I’m thinking likely it’s because it’s a somewhat different tone than the other two. It’s very angsty. I mean, this whole chapter is angsty cuz this whole fic is angsty but idk. We are indeed emotionally torturing Shuichi in this one lol, poor guy. He’ll do some fun stuff next chapter and then he’ll get a break in ch 7 so it’ll be fine 🤣

Also, I saw ultimate-heartache’s post about how the next chapter for their phantom thief AU is close to done and you should go read, if you haven’t already. Literally it was one of the biggest inspirations for this fic and I think it’s cool we’re like one of the only two actively-writing-phantom-thief-AU-long-fics on ao3 rn 🤣 Though theirs is a whole lot funner than mine, like honestly just a smile-fest the entire time. GO READ IT I LOVE IT 😻

Anyway, I hope y’all have a lovely night. I am so happy it’s Friday tomorrow. Even happier to be close to done with this thing. Cuz shit I gotta write a komahina week thing. WTF AM I GONNA DO FOR A KOMAHINA WEEK THING????? Idk. We’re gonna figure it out lolll 🤣🤣
