it’s really great? god it’s so great and i love it. treatment of female characters is - good but there’s too few of them? but i do really love jia, and risana is cool, and then GIN MAZOTI IS THE BEST FOREVER AND EVER. but yeah. YEAH. kuni garu is so great ......... i really liked cogo yelu and luan zya too and there’s some really delightful ‘silkpunk’ stuff like the airships and there’s this ONE THING I DONT EVEN WANNA SPOIL BUT IT’S SO COOL and man!!!!!!! the worldbuilding owned really hard and it’s just. good and fun.

i could go on for days lmao.

i keep. reminding myself the style is Not For Everyone but i loved it!!!!!

Marvel's weekly podcast is such a stan for Angela, their fanboy-ing def made me read it. Hoping that as insiders love it, its a good sign!

oh nice!! that’s good to hear at least, hahaha. i tried listening to the official podcasts for a bit but they were toooooo marketing heavy for me to deal with, it was all super softball and uncritical, and like, i LOVE COMICS, LOVE EM, WANT MORE FOLKS TO READ EM, but i couldn’t handle it lmao. i wouldn’t even want em to be negative about anything but yeah. i get they’re just doing a job and that’s the whole function but YEAH. ... basically i hope it’s a good sign for angela too. what a book

yeah, aaa has got to be one of my favourite ongoings yet i just can’t seem to remember it exists :/ B+T are on New Avengers and America is on Ultimates, mystique and psylocke are on an x-team i can’t remember but i don’t have v high hopes for that

angela’s book is so great but i see so little discussion or notice of it that it’s just like, WELP, sometimes. idk. biiiiit of a bummer. note to anyone reading this: please read angela: asgard’s assassin. the first storyline is kind of some dumb shit with a baby but i promise it’s got great art and writing otherwise. you could also just read 1602 witch hunter angela, or WHATEVER the title is, because that’s fantastic and has no baby and i want to continue for 10,000 issues even though i know it can’t. please read angela’s marvel titles, is the point, she’s great.

anyway. didn’t realize psylocke and mystique were on the same team! nice. up those percentages, i guess.i didn’t even remember psylocke was anything besides straight so that’s... cool .... i guess ............................

it is amazing to me that dc has 4 books with lgbt leads to marvel's?? none, since agent of asgard isn't coming back (tho i thought i saw ms america and northstar solos on the list that was floating around a while ago but that seems unlikely now)

i just realized there’s totally a gay as fuck leading character coming back and leading a title. even if for SOME REASON ppl are still like “lmao no way they’re just good friends” or some shit, like, sera remains a trans woman either way and she’s ... i mean she’s a secondary character but she’s also, like, the co-lead
