Oh man, and with its gold leaf edging and beautiful printing, this deck is definitely one of my new favorites. This morning, I asked the cards "How do I thrive today?" I drew the 4 of Vials (Cups), the Ace of Candles (Wands) and the Star from The Numinous Tarot. What beautiful cards for today! 🌟 The 4 of Vials shows someone sitting in front of vials, the sea quiet and still behind them. This card lets me know that I will thrive by taking a mental break today, turning inwards and calming the storm of emotions within me. My emotions don't rule me, I can control the sea within. ⭐ The Ace of Candles shines so brightly. It sparkles with fire and the candle shines. This card lets me know that I can thrive by starting a new creative endeavor, that my spirit is most happy when its creating something. It is the beginning of a new journey of expansion. ✨ The Star shines down upon me. Someome looks over me from the clouds, mapping out my progress in the world. This morning, I asked the cards "What do I focus on today?" I drew the 5 of Candles (Wands), the 5 of Tomes (Pentacles) and the 8 of Candles (Wands) from The Numinous Tarot. I'm drawn to the two fives. There is some kind of balance there. 🌟 The 5 of Candles indicates some kind of conflict. Who will be the first to light the candle? What sort of rite will that begin and why does everyone want that place of power? This card is asing me to pay attention to those around me and the fire within myself. Its much easier to turn away from conflict than to heal from it. 🌟 The 5 of Tomes indicates some kind of loss. They are literally burning books that hold knowledge. What forbidden knowledge did these books hold? The fire is not needed for warmth as the library is close by. This almost feels like a rite of passage. Sometimes you have to let something go to make room for what really matters. 🌟 The 8 of Candles offers some respite. The Candles have been touched by flame and the smoke is beginning to rise. It's showing me a new direction, a new path. I don't have to spend the day mired within conflict or sorrow. This card is showing me that there is another direction that I can go in if I am willing to let my spirit go there. This morning, I asked the cards "What do I focus on today?" I drew the 3 and the 6 of Tomes (Pentacles) and the Visionary (Heirophant) from The Numinous Tarot. What beautiful cards for today! 💫 The 3 of Tomes is a gentle card. Within the card, the person is reading an entry on Rosemary which has to do with remembrance. There are two other books nearby having to do with herbal medicine. This card is asking me to delve into the knowledge around me, to learn so that I can grow. It is asking me to sit and embrace the quiet of my mind so that I can learn more about my journey. I need to give into the act of learning so that I have the knowledge I need on the path that I'm on. 💫 The 6 of Tomes shows someone standing by a little free library, reading a book and giving into her thirst for joy and knowledge. This card is about the give and take of generosity and kindness. It is a reminder that I am not alone, that there are resources for me if I should choose to ask for help. As well, sometimes it is others that need an act of kindness. Kindness if a lovely kind of cycle. I can't only be giving. I need to be willing to accept help as well. 💫 The Visionary is a gorgeous card. They stand bathed by the sun, their third eye open, a crown of amethyst upon their head. On their arm are the symbols for Earth, Air, Water and Fire. This card is asking me to embrace spiritual growth. The Visionary has come to me to encourage me to open up to Spirit. Delve into the knowledge of myself, embrace my spirit through meditation and contemplation. This morning, I asked the cards "What do I focus on today?" I drew the 2 of Tomes and the 2 of Vials from The Numinous Tarot. 💫 The 2 of Tomes shows a person pulled in two different directions. They are not able to focus on where they are going or what is around them. I should stop, take stock of what matters and decide on which direction to go in. I don't have to do everything at once. 💫 The 2 of Vials is a spark, the moment where love blooms. It is a wish for real love and the wishes that love may grant. I need to stop sacrificing love for myself and I need to love myself more. That spark exists within me. In the first card, a glorious flame shines brightly at the tip of a mountain, surrounded by the Northern Lights. This card tells me that I need to shine brightly so that everyone can see my light.
