I finally made fixed Fallout 4 and made Theo Maxson. After setting up the Vault 11 and Concord survivors in Sancturayhe started heading towards Diamond City. He ran into some soldiers in hot water.

Don’t worry man in power armour, help is on the way.

Mission accomplished. Ferals eradicated.

Theo “Why do you look like my deceased husband?” Maxson meets Paladin “Why do you look like my Elder/ex-boyfriend?” Danse.

2. If they could each describe each other in one sentence, what would it be? 

This question was in the ‘fluff’ section so I can’t say ‘asshole’. Theo: “You’re a much better model than a raider, pretty boy.” Nikos: “I like the strong, silent type, too bad you have a big mouth.”

4. What would be their ship name? 

The HMS THEKOS

5. What activities do they enjoy together? 

Eating together for sure, which started off as Nikos making Theo eat anything he cooked because he assumed Theo was trying to poison him. Probably one of the more civil activities they do together. I would also say working out but this mainly consists of Nikos watching Theo work out. Showering, eventually, after the touch-aversion is not as bad and Nikos trusts Theo more. Reading, Theo likes the sound of Nikos’ voice. “Patrolling” or more so “taking your collared prisoner boyfriend for a walk outside so he can get some fresh air”. Mason says Nikos is taking his dog for a walk.

22. If their lives were what was originally intended at birth, would they have still fallen in love?

Theo technically stems from a soulmates AU where someone Arthur-looking always ends up with someone Danse-looking (hence Nate and Theo), so no. However, in an AU where the bombs never drop, Theo and Nate do eventually get a divorce and maybe Theo moves to Boston to live with his sister and meets a cute model there? So maybe ‘Yes’ depending on the AU.

1. What is your name?

Theo smiles warmly and sits up straight, “Theodore Maxson, Paladin of Brotherhood of Steel, brother to the late and great Roger Maxson who founded the Brotherhood of Steel and Alice Maxson-Garvey, sister extraordinaire. Problematic younger child.”

He points to his companion, “This asshole is Nikos Arete, my current captor and Overboss of Nuka World. Say ‘hi’ Nikos.”

There is a muffled, unintelligible grunt from underneath the sack hood Nikos is wearing. 

“Jesus, take off the mask for five minutes,” Theo demands, crossing his arms in annoyance.

Nikos pulls the mask off. His hair is sweaty and sticking up, and he has a vicious scowl on his face, which he directs towards Theo.

2. Do you know why are you named that?

Nikos scowls. “My grandfather’s name was Nikolaos.”

Theo taps his pursed lips pensively, “I think I was named after my great-grandfather, but that might have been Roger.”

3. Are you single or taken?

Nikos: “Single.”

Theo looks sad for a moment, “Atomically divorced and more recently single.”

Nikos looks at Theo and scowls harder if that’s even possible. 

4. Have any abilities or powers?

“My dick sucking abilities are par to none.” He grins and looks at Nikos, “Shame, you’ll never find out.”

Nikos ignores him. “I have the power to have you tortured and killed.”

Theo rolls his eyes and shakes his head, “Point taken.”

5. Stop being a Mary Sue.

“A who?”

6. What’s your eye colour?

Nikos opens his eyes wide. “They’re blue.” He pauses for a moment. “I was on a magazine cover once.” He touches his nose and his scowl returns. 

Theo’s eyes widened before he turned back to you, “Mine are greeny-blue.”

7. How about your hair colour?

“Dark brown, coffee brown according to my late husband,” Theo smiles sadly.

Nikos: “You’re looking right at me. It’s black.” He rolls his eyes.

8. Have any family members?

Nikos sighs. He seems less grumpy and more resigned to the interview. “Not anymore.” 

Theo’s hand moved towards Nikos before he stops and folds them in his lap, “My sister is all I have left. She just got married though and I am hoping for some nieces and nephews. Oh, and a great-great-great-great-great-great nephew who is technically my CO.”

9. Oh? How about pets?

Nikos smiles for the first time. He points at Theo with his thumb. “Just him.”

“Woof.”

10. That’s cool, I guess. Now tell me something you don’t like?

Nikos: “This interview.”

“Being enslaved to this prick.”

“That’s not what you said last night.”

“That’s because last night you let me shower.”

11. Do you have any activities/hobbies that you like to do?

Nikos: “Murder…. And sex.”

Theo quirks an eyebrow, “Just sex for me thanks. And carpentry. Drinking. Cooking. Target practice with Danse.”

12. Have you ever hurt anyone in any way before?

“Both emotionally and physically. I’m talented,” Theo’s tone is light but his expression is unreadable.

13. Ever… killed anyone before?

Nikos smirks. “How do you think I became Overboss?” Theo just shakes his head at Nikos.

14. What kind of animal are you?

Theo looks at Nikos, “According to Mason, I am a dog.”

Nikos: “When did you talk to Mason? Do I need to have a talk with Mason?”

Theo: “I overheard his ‘conversation’ with you.”

15. Name your worst habits?

Nikos: “I have no bad habits. Him… he’s mouthy. And he snores.”

Theo nods and shrugs. 

16. Do you look up to anyone at all?

“I still admire my brother. I admire what he was able to accomplish after the war. He built a legacy that has long outlived him.”

Nikos looks sad. “I used to look up to my cousin, Cynthia. I wish…”

17. Are you gay, straight or bisexual?

Theo: “Gay.”

Nikos: “Yeah… for me.”

Theo makes a mock gagging noise.

18. Do you go to school?

“No. High school was the last school I went to.” Theo stated.

19. Ever want to marry and have kids one day?

Theo’s lips tighten and he doesn’t say anything.

Nikos’ nose crinkles. “Kids are filthy. Ew.”

20. Do you have any fangirls/fanboys?

“Nikos has a whole park of fans,” Theo smirks, “They’re all dying to be him.”

21. What are you most afraid of?

Theo looks at Nikos as stays quiet.

Nikos: “All the armour in the world won’t save you if a cut gets infected.”

22. What do you usually wear?

“Whatever Nikos wants me to. Right now it’s rags.”

Nikos: “I have some thoughts on this for later.”

23. What’s one food that tempts you?

Nikos: “Every single thing I’ve seen since I came out of the vault is fucking disgusting. I don’t know how people live. I’ll eat tatos. Fresh fruits and vegetables as long as they aren’t freaky mutants. The meat is just… ugh. No. Why? Why is it like this?”

“You seem to like my chicken soup,” Theo says honestly.

“You’re the only one who I know won’t fucking poison me. Fucking nasty wastelanders. I don’t think they even wash their hands.”

“Yeah, a lot of them don’t…”

Nikos looks visibly queasy.

24. Am I annoying to you?

“Nope,” Theo says with a smile.

Nikos doesn’t say anything, but he smiles and fingers the knife on his belt.

25. Well, it’s still not over!

They both groan.

26. What class are you (low/middle/high)?

Nikos looks confused. “Like… a weight class? Like boxing?”

“I think they mean pre-war classism. It doesn't really matters anymore.”

27. How many friends do you have?

Nikos glances at Theo. He looks unsure for the first time. “I don’t have friends.”

Theo looks straight forward, “My brothers and sisters in Steel are my friends.”

28. What are your thoughts on pie?

Theo: “Uh, if I got some flour I could probably make a pie with mutfruit. Need butter too. Sugar.”

Nikos: “I’m not eating it. Mutfruit.”

Theo: “They taste like blackberries and apples? That one I don’t understand. I understand radstag and brahmin, but mutfruit?”

Nikos: “MYOOOT- fruit. As in mutated. Gross. Also, I’m not eating anything made from brahmin milk. Even if it were pasteurized. Which it is not.”

Theo: “You’ve made it quite clear that anything with two-heads in a no.”

29. Favourite drink?

Theo licks his lips, “Rum and Nuka. Bourbon on the rocks, although ice is hard to come by these days.”

Nikos: “At least the whiskey kills the germs.” 

30. What’s your favourite place?

 Nikos: “The shower.”

31. Are you interested in anyone?

Theo’s eyes dart to Nikos before looks away, “If Danse was still available, have you seen that ass?”

Nikos gets up and leaves the room. 

“I guess he’s done.”

32. That was a stupid question…

“Kind of. Any more questions?”

33. Would you rather swim in a lake or the ocean?

Theo doesn't seem to hear you, apparently lost in thought. After a moment you move onto the next question.

34. What’s your type?

“Dark hair and blue eyes, slim build. Kind of an asshole.” He smiles and looks to where Nikos walked out of the room.

35. Any fetishes?

Theo pauses a moment, still staring off towards where Nikos disappeared.

“Not getting my head blown off. Excuse me.” He taps the collar on his neck before he gets up and leaves.

36. Camping or outdoors?

They’re both gone.

I’m going to answer for the married couple Nate Cortez and Theo Maxson.

5. Your OC is facing their worst enemy. Who/what is it?

Nate: He has surrounded himself by it every day: loneliness. Appalachia is a place where you need someone to watch your back and he has chosen to walk his path alone. 

Theo: If you were to ask Theo, he’d say something silly like molerats or bloat flies.  In reality, he is his own worst enemy. He’s cocky and egotistical and likes to push boundaries too far.

22. What is your OC the most guilty about?

Nate: Oh boy, what is Nate not guilty about? He’s got a terrible case of survivors guilt. He’s seen the end of the world twice. The first was the Great War, the second time was the collapse of Appalachia. He’s guilty because he is one of the few remaining and made terrible choices one needs to make to survive. 

Theo: He regrets not admitting to Nate how he felt before the war. He was in the process of looking for a lawyer and filing for divorce.
