I'm glad the show had Lizzy take the lead with Theo and initiate both kisses in 2x04. It's important for her to feel in control and act on her own desires freely, and it's important for him to see that she truly wants him, that he's being chosen.

I need to look up 19th century peerage laws but doesn't Theo by renouncing his titles also forfeit all rights to it for his so far unborn descendants? So why is Nan scared of her unborn baby being taken from her? If it was already born, I'd get it but it shouldn't have a right to the duchy after its father's renouncement, should it?

Also unless Kit was somehow legitimized, how will he be able to claim the title?
