Thinker.exe’s Tails, called Theodard (Theo for short; his name means watcher of people). He’s spyware that goes into someone’s computer, runs surveillance on them, and goes through their files, search history, and usage data for information to report back to Thinker.exe. He really enjoys his job and compiles reports on people sometimes just for fun.
