Theodore Scamander

Theodore Silas Scamander (1875-1914) was a pureblood wizard who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the late 19th century.

Born to Sophia Scamander and an unknown pureblood man, Theodore's life was one filled with tragedy. When he was seven years old, his mother, an Auror, died right outside of their hamlet. He left his childhood home to travel the world with his magizoologist Aunt Dahlia for three years until she also died when he was ten.

He was taken in by the Prewett family, who had a son his age, and started at Hogwarts a year later, where he was sorted into Hufflepuff house. He excelled in Herbology and Care for Magical Creatures due to his love for the outdoors.

Theodore grew incredibly close to fellow Hufflepuff student Poppy Sweeting. The two started dating during their sixth year and married promptly after graduation. The two traveled the world as magizoologists for a few years until the couple gave birth to their first child, a son named Theseus. They settled in Godric's Hollow, their neighbors being Althea Moonlace and Sebastian Sallow, where Poppy started to breed hippogriffs. A year after settling down, they welcomed another son into the world named Newton.

Answering this super late because this day ended up getting outta hand for me. My life has been very hectic recently, and feeling under the weather did NOT help. I am doing better though so we stay winning! Thank you for your sympathy!

Some lore I haven't really had the opportunity to discuss yet is the fact that Victoria has a Walkman. She borrowed her roommate Elena's when she visited her in Spain and ended up liking them enough to get one herself. A song she listened to VERY FREQUENTLY during the breakup was Don't Speak by No Doubt. I have this image of her falling to her knees in her flat and just sobbing because this is literally her life— Wait a minute, the angst questions were yesterday.

Radiant absolutely despises Michael Jackson's music. It started as a joke in an RP with @postsbycass but just became canon. (Same thing with Marcus x Hadlee and LOOK WHERE WE ARE NOW.) She also doesn't like Oliver with a beard which is like. HAVE YOU SEEN SEAN BIGGERSTAFF GOD DAMN HE IS SO FINE—

Speaking of Woods and their partners, Adair's love language has changed in some aspects from when he was younger to when he is older. When he was younger, it was all about him. He wanted to be fawned over. He knew he was hot stuff and he wanted it acknowledged. Older Adair though? He loves hearing about others. One of the things that drew him to Selene (his wife) is how she's able to weave stories together. He loves hearing his woman yap.

You know the gif of Jane from Twilight throwing the vampire baby into the fire? That's Theodore with Adair. Theo HATESSSSSSSS Adair. As someone who could not ever imagine hurting Poppy the way Adair hurt... literally everyone, he is disgusted by him. And unfortunately they never see each other after Hogwarts when Adair becomes a better person because Theodore dies in 1914. Their lore does remain connected though, because Adair's son Erik actually died protecting Theodore's son, Theseus, in Italy.

Another fun question!
