For Theo - Ways your muse says i love you. Talk about your muse’s most prized possession(s). Does your muse know when to rest, or do they push themselves?
Ways your muse says I love you.
Theo loves to create memories with those he’s with. I call it a different version of “gift giving” - since it’s essentially one of his love languages. He’s not good at picking actual gifts, BUT- he’s excellent at creating a date, or a situation that will leave a lasting memory, and is meant to be something of a gift to his partner.
There’s a thread that isn’t finished yet, but is Theo surprising Xavier and Devlin with a light show for Christmas that he had everyone in the mansion help set up. He grew up going to them with his mother and had many happy memories of that time, that he wanted to share with his son and Xavier. And since Xavier values privacy, he figured bringing it to their home verses going out to a public one might suit their family better.
Things like that.
Talk about your muse’s most prized possession(s).
His first shotgun, and his first dagger (given to him by Sally- his hunting mentor) are prized possessions.
Theo has a box of scarves Xavier gave him that he keeps next to their bed, it was one of the first gifts Xavier ever gave him and he considers them a prized possession.
He also keeps a box with a few precious items inside- the first blade Xavier gave him, as well as the first thing Devlin ever gave him, which was a hawk feather Devlin found outside. There’s also few seemingly average rocks that were also gifts from Devlin, and a letter his mother wrote to him when he left for his first hunt.
Does your muse know when to rest, or do they push themselves?
When it comes to a hunt, Theo is more aware of his limits and does his best not to push himself too hard. Doesn’t mean he’s always successful, but he knows pushing himself too much could literally be the difference between life and death.
When it comes to his research, Theo does NOT know when to rest. If he’s on a roll he’ll write notes, drink coffee, and compare sources until he passes out at the table or desk he’s working at.
