I agree with the OP.

Trudeau’s actions on the environment and indigenous rights have been a total failure. This is obvious to anyone who pays any attention to what his government is actually doing.

Yeah, I kind of get it if your company has a set range to pay someone and they want to be sure applicants aren’t way out of their range. I much prefer it if they give a figure to you at the beginning though.

Wait. They have clergy shirts in blue and grey? The only colors I see here in the states are black and that pinkish-purple color that bishops where. Here, an Episcopal priest in a clergy shirt is often mistaken for a Roman Catholic. There aren't any distinctions, unless you count the way they wear their collar (completely showing, or a "tab" color). But even then, the distinctions aren't set in stone and universally known.

Perhaps it’s just an English thing.

Most of our clergy wear a tab collar with their clericals, I’ve only seen a few Anglo-Catholics wear the full collar but I think it’s just a matter of personal preference because they come from all over the Anglo-Catholic spectrum.

Jesus wouldn't have gotten involved in politics. "My Kingdom is not of this world." I hate it when someone asks who Jesus would vote for, because the answer is always "No one." Jesus couldn't vote for anyone. And Jesus has no need for voting now.

Jesus was absolutely involved in politics. Claiming to be the Messiah was a political claim. Among other things, it was a statement that the Roman Empire should be overthrown, and overthrown by him.

To Christians, Daniel is the fourth major prophet, alongside Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel. Jews place him in the Ketubim (writings, which are already the “lowest-inspired” Tanakh scriptures) plus significant parts of Daniel are written in Aramaic which is clearly just wrong (being written in Hebrew was a major criterion of getting into the Tanakh, Daniel just barely squeaked in due to having some Hebrew).
