one girl brought in a warriors book, and chose the scene where jayfeather fell asleep with the stick and dreamt about the tunnels flooding with that one blind cat and the other cat dying. and we acted that scene out in interpretive dance form. there was a dramatic death scene in the tunnels and everything. i played jayfeather. when i was little and before i had read the series, i was in a dance class at this hippie waldorf school, and the class was very nontraditional as well. so for our performance, everyone in the class was supposed to bring in a book with a scene they wanted to act out in dance. (p1)
