theraflu tastes awful but boy howdy does it work. tho in the words of one of my former running teammates, "i'm AWAKE and ALERT but i still feel terrible"

at least my nose is no longer running quite so much

have to remember to take the sleepy stuff tonight so it can combat all the caffeine i need to function and get work done today

edit: apparently the air quality's been shit the last few days so that might also account for why i've felt especially terrible and felt like my asthma meds weren't working at all (had to use my rescue inhaler a lot more than usual). it's probably 2 parts cold, one part LA's poor AQI but that does make me feel slightly better
