Is it appropriate to use wordplay in your eulogy that your therapist had you write for your mom?

I have abandonment issues.

Anger and lashing out seem to be signs I'm feeling in threat of being abandoned. I feel it in my belly, and lower spine, like a clenched up burning thing that when acknowledged unfurls into a sickening warm hard lump.

What to do about this?

First week of my therapy assignment

I have to take a photo everytime I go for a walk or if I walk home.
