Vajra Mudra – mudra for improving blood circulation and relieving listlessness Vajra Mudra is a boon for people living a sedentary life. All the office goers experience bouts of dizziness, listlessness and drained energy during mid day. This is a result of poor blood circulation and spending the day in artificial settings (Fluorescent lights, metal/synthetic furniture and recycled air) makes matter worse. Practicing Vajra Mudra for 5 minutes relieves you of dizziness. Your body is energized. Vajra Mudra improves blood circulation and is good for people suffering from low blood pressure. Vajra Mudra also lets you skip stimulants like cigarette, tobacco, tea and coffee. In long run, the consumption pattern will reduce and you can be free from urge of taking stimulants. You need to combine tip of your thumb with tips of middle, ring and little finger. The index finger will remain extended. Vajra Mudra has a variation which is practiced in tantric Buddhist traditions in Korea and Japan. Caution: Vajra Mudra is not good for people with High Blood Pressure tendency. They should sparingly use this mudra.
