Ok. Plot of Dear Evan Hansen. There's this kid, Evan. I say kid but he's a senior in high school he's practically an adult. Anyway Evan is a loser. He has super severe anxiety and is in therapy for it and takes medication etc etc. He's starting senior year and he has a broken arm. He bumps into the weird kid who everyone's afraid of bc he's super aggressive. Later weird kid (Connor) apologizes, signs his cast so they can 'both pretend they have friends'. Then. Suicide warning. Connor kills himself. As part of Evan's therapy assignment he had been writing letters to himself. Connor stole one of them bc Evan talked about his sister in it and he got angry. Connor's parents found it after he died and thought he and Evan were friends. This starts an entire convoluted. Scheme? Where Evan pretends he and Connor were really friends. He fakes emails. He writes a speech. He makes up stories. He says he broke his arm with Connor. He makes up an entire different side of Connor because he wants to please Connor's parents. He basically gets himself stuck in this downwards spiral of lies because he's to anxious to refute people's statements. He goes viral as the best friend of the guy who killed himself. He starts a memorial fund to raise money for a cause Connor didn't even care about. He lies to Connor's parents. He starts dating Connor's sister because he told her all these lies about how her brother didn't actually hate her, and loved her actually. It's an entire mess and the fandom uwuifies him. As if he isn't fully a 17/18 year old who destroys an entire family that was already on the verge of collapse. Anyway it sure is a musical!
Holy shit what the fuck?? That sounds very interesting as a plot, I wasn't expecting it to get so dark so fast djwkdns but it's not unwelcomed!!
To be unfamiliar with Dune, accidentally reading potential spoilers
"When Leto becomes the worm..."
Every morning my brother plays peppa pig songs until he leaves. Sounds fun, right?
Yeah. He's 11.
Have you sent the message?
