I’m watching Sleeping With Other People (for reasons), and I’m already mentally drafting a Ted/Trent AU where Ted is doing a semester abroad (at Trent’s college, naturally), and they end up loosing their virginity to each other. They meet again later in life (their jobs are unrelated to each other in this universe), and are like, “YOU!” Except Ted is freshly divorced and Trent has been slagging his way through London, so obviously Ted comes to Ted for help getting back on the horse (the horse is cock, by the way), and Trent feels like it’s his duty as a proud penis connoisseur to help Ted get his dick wet. Ted, in turn, coaches (ha) Trent how to date before he bangs so he can actually have the loving relationship he’s gagging for. They become BFFs; one thing leads to another, and they end up falling in love with each. Obviously it is very tragic until they end up bonking. The end. Where’s my Pulitzer?
