Burning and breaking of our artwork last night it had a proper meaning of letting it go, trying to experiment, allowing or self as artist to make mistakes and to try not to be too precious about own possessions.

"Statistically, you’re not going to be an adult, you should be a prostitute. Because what happens when you’ve been molested, or grew up on a nudist colony, or dropped out of high school 7x over, or settled & settled, or come from gangs, or sold drugs, or cooked crystal meth in a trailer, or accidently kidnapped someone – I know you guys are all relating to these points. And it took me a long time, but what I found through just showing up every day, slowly, & slowly, & slowly I started to change. And I had to change my thinking. Because if I didn’t change the way I thought about myself, I wouldn’t get any better. And so I had to let go of those old ideas." - @sirahsays.
