If there is one thing I've learned more then anything else in my swimming career it is to NEVER GIVE UP. This is a video of prelims of the 50meter freestyle at the meet this past weekend. I easily should have made it in the A final between but instead I was faced with an adversity. My arm slipped to my side when I entered the water and I came to almost a dead stop. I had two choices, stop and get out or give it everything I had and make the best out of that situation. I chose to FIGHT! I was only .09 off of the winner of that heat and I still managed to make the D final. Although it wasn't what I had hoped for it was still another opportunity to go fast! I dropped a 22.62 that night and placed myself 6th overall in a star studded field. Why not start #theroadtorio2016 with some growth! #youcantstopme #teamtatted #puertorico #adversitybuildscharacter #inthecatch #goforgoldgoforgod
