「美容師の労働時間を効率的にする方法」   今日は同じことでも逆側から見るってことについてなんですが、、  この考え方を身につけることで、自分の意思で物事をコントロールすることができるようになるを目指します。   そのためには受け身ではなく、能動的に自分が動けるようになる必要があります。  例えば、受動的というのは自分の主導権を握られてる時間を過ごすという状況です。大袈裟にいうと他人の人生を生きる感じ。   朝起きてから、その日1日働いたらどれだけ 給料がもらえるか?というように  でも本当は誰かの時間を生きるんではなく、自分で決めた時間を生きたいと思うのです。   だからもし、サロンに何時に行かないといけないから何時に起きて、どれだけ働くと給料がこれだけもらえる。ってな具合に受動的なんだとしたら、まずはその考え方を能動的思考に変えちゃう必要があります。   そんな時はすべてを自分で決めるように言い換えちゃうとよくて、例え状況は変わっていなくても、自分の中での捉え方を逆転させちゃうのです。   これまでがサロンの営業時間が朝10時から夜20時までで、どこかで気持ちの中で働かされてると思っていたのなら、（そもそも美容師の場合好きな事だから少ないはず）   逆にサロン（お客さん）にこれだけの価値を与えるために自分は朝の10時から20時までサロンを自分の意思でオープンさせている。と、、、（例えお勤めでも、1人サロンでも）   そして今まで以上に効率的に仕事をして自分の収入をサロンだけに依存しないように、 同時にもう一つの収入源を得るために時間を使うと決めちゃうんです。   これが、同じ営業時間を働くんでも、受け身で働くのと、自分主導で2度と戻ってこない貴重な時間を使って自分の時間を生きる働き方の違い。  想像しただけでも天と地の差を感じますね。   #美容師 #IT美容師LABO #1人サロン美容師 #IT美容師ウルマ #THESALON https://www.instagram.com/p/B4H2_stBuT0/?igshid=1gdz5wfb7i066
