If you spend time with your loved ones thinking it’s an obligation or a way to run away from your daily problems then you will never be able to satisfy yourself mentally. But if you spend time with them as a way of “coping” and to “heal” from your daily stress, it’ll benefit you in the long run. This is what you need to do for yourself, not just family.. your close friends and the people you trust. Spending time with them even if you don’t have a worry or a problem can benefit your mental health as you need some “time-off” from your daily responsibilities.
