Honestly speaking I didn’t know what it was until @circlesquareoval nominated me.. seriously, no joke. When I looked into it, then I got to know what it is. My anxiety has been full force this week. Not to mention, I had to give a statement at the meeting last night and THIS GIRL DOESN’T DO PUBLIC SPEAKING! If you spend time with your loved ones thinking it’s an obligation or a way to run away from your daily problems then you will never be able to satisfy yourself mentally. But if you spend time with them as a way of “coping” and to “heal” from your daily stress, it’ll benefit you in the long run. This is what you need to do for yourself, not just family.. your close friends and the people you trust. Spending time with them even if you don’t have a worry or a problem can benefit your mental health as you need some “time-off” from your daily responsibilities. Your brain needs to take a break and stop thinking because then.. after this “break” you will notice yourself that you are able to function way better and the quality of your work will improve big time. “It’s okay to admit to yourself that you need a break” Try it!! And let me know how you felt!!
