On the corner of Clinton and Jefferson streets in Ottawa, Illinois, is the former site of the Luminous Processes factory. Today stands a statue of a young woman holding a tulip in one hand and paintbrush in the other. I'm super proud of my Jewel! She and her castmates are advancing to Bi-District in Lytle in two weeks with their One-Act Play production of "These Shining Lives". She also earned All-Star Cast honors for her lead role as Catherine Donohue. Savannah Gonzales and Carson Keisling also earned All-Star Cast honors for their roles, while Adrian Zapata walked away with Honorable Mention All-Star Cast honors for his and Martha Uribe was awarded the All-Star Crew Award for tech. Please keep them in your prayers as they look to advance at the next level.
