Those few words meant the world to him, Caine’s own eyes lighting up in joy as her hand extended out, and he took it, holding it gently.
They were standing before one of the unused doors in the circus. It was a room where he had some recreational activities scheduled sometimes, or photo shoots of all of his players, and it was largely unused.
It was why Caine thought it was the perfect room to use for this little arrangement, a perfect step in their budding friendship.
He led her through, the room!s lighting so far still dimmed—mainly because he was still finishing the final details. Her.
“Keep them closed.”
The AI’s maw stretched into a wider grin as he snapped his fingers, and Pomni’s form shimmered. Beautiful chestnut curls tumbled over her shoulders, free from the confines of a pom pom hat, Caine working off the limited detail he knew of what Pomni had once looked like. Or, his rendition of it anyway. Glasses were pushed over her tiny unseen nose, the woman wearing a burgundy blouse and a knee length velvet skirt.
Caine snapped his fingers, and with it, a string of white fairy lights suddenly illuminated the room, reflecting off her glasses like diamonds.
The room was now a music room, glowing fairy lights tucked into a red curtain that tumbled down in front of an unveiled, beautiful piano, with a small wicker basket with breadsticks and fruits tucked in it, for a little picnic.
He fiddled nervously with his fingers, looking down at a simple black suit he now adorned and a bow tie he fiddled with nervously. “Alright….open!”
