"Hmmm." Bruce had to think for a second. He was Rosalyn's fiance, so it'd only be right if he can protect her from her troubles. Maybe that's why he wanted to join in the first place. "Interesting, and to answer your question you have to be capable of being a team player, but able to hold your own in a fight, or a tough situation. You must learn to be resourceful, and efficient. Most importantly you must abide by a code to protect the innocent from criminals, and preserve life in any way you can. Are you thinking of joining?"

"Ah, I see." He paused, listened to his question and replied. "In this city, there are people...psychopaths who have no motive for killing and destroying happiness for no other reason than their own pleasure. No moral compass. Too crazy to be considered evil. And then there are those that are shaped into evil as a result of circumstance. Those are sad indeed. And...I'm not sure if my Batmen are capable of handling someone who deals with magic."
