Not every morning is going to be an epiphany. Some morning are going to be overcast and dreary. Thankfully, that’s my resonating forecast. Rainy days are the music of my soul. I revel in them. I’m inspired by the power of distant thunder. I’m humbled by the ferocity of the storm. I liken the sensation to a fierce embrace: enveloped in strong arms; aware of your vulnerability to their being able to crush you if desired; the comfort of knowing that their power is also yours.
