A year old today: Tears For Fears’ “The Tipping Point” — one of the most emotionally and intellectually satisfying comeback albums I’ve ever heard.

Been waiting 18 years for this one — it’s a rare day when you can say you picked up the NEW Tears For Fears album!
An ultra-rare Ultra Clear vinyl copy of Tears For Fears’ new opus, The Tipping Point. These are going for $500 on eBay at the moment, as they appear to be a cancelled limited edition for an unknown Canadian retailer and a handful got out (accidentally?) to US retail. Happily, I found it in the wild for 1/20th of that price. There’s a rumor going around that only 100 clear copies were made, but I don’t know how true that is. The most important part - the music - is unquestionable, however, as it’s a stellar album.
Book of the Week No.16 The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Differences by Malcolm Gladwell Rate: 9/10 Favorite Line: "Ideas and products and messages and behaviors spread just like viruses do." Review: As the debut book of Malcolm Gladwell first published on year 2000, The Tipping Point is a non-fiction and current affairs book that talks about the impact and understanding of the power and principles of word of mouth as he categorized it like an epidemic. First of all, I have found Maxwell's book because of the main topics and themes he is well-known for tackling with good feedback amongst other non-fiction writers I know. I have also seen him on one of the class of masterclass and from there, I really liked how the way he speaks. It is like with diction and confidence but still has that mystifying sound which will enamor you to check out his work. I was not failed. I really enjoyed reading his whole narratives and I really like how every conclusion is in the right tantamount that gives the penultimate aura of every ending passage. The way this book is composed is really well-researched and structured as; I will tell you a story about something then we will sum up everything in an organized and backed up way. Just like the stories regarding the cards with A & D, and 3 & 6. It got me like, I never really understood the game but Mr. Gladwell did his research and come up with a penultimate passage that these abstract concepts are very easy to discuss when we apply it to people. Like I said, it is like a narrative that is so comfortable to get in line with. It is like you are talking with your bestfriend with some trivial sense and everything you say is scientigic and trivial in a way. The narrative is so easy to get along. I have a boxed set of three books from Mr. Gladwell and I think that this would really be my first escapade to non-fiction. #books #malcolmgladwell #thetippingpoint #epidemic #nonfiction #wordofmouth #bookstagram #bookrecommendations #bookreview #booklover #booknerd #bookaddict #bookphotography #goodreads https://www.instagram.com/p/CfojYoOJXAf/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
