Happy Birthday John Steinbeck! His books are powerful and intimate, and perhaps my next read will be East of Eden again. This is a well loved copy of 'The Wayward Bus,' first edition. Overall Good- book, with an unclipped Good- dustjacket. There is fixing and some running to the edges, and some slight loss to the corners. "The Steinbeck People! The Steinbeck Passions! The Steinbeck Power!" I found this poster on eBay last week and when it arrived I was somewhat surprised by how large it is. 3'x2' is larger than I expected! This, as you can see, is a movie poster for John Steinbeck's novel 'The Wayward Bus,' starring #joancollins, #jaynemansfield, and #dandailey. The movie helped push the novel to be one of Steinbeck's most successful books, though it isn't often considered as one of his masterpieces. A transient novel, it would make a great read for anyone on a road trip this summer. The movie only has a 6.8 rating on #imdb so I might have to skip that. Overall in great condition with some writing on the backside, but the color is wonderful.
