Did you know that there are cameras EVERYWHERE? I took this photo this morning to document our last car payment. And before I had time to snap and walk to the door, the branch manager was already in my face "hi, I am the branch manager, we saw you were taking pictures of the bank. Is everything ok?“ "I'm here to make our final car payment. Am I not supposed to be taking photos?“ “Oh congrats. No, you're fine. We just wanted to make sure" * I took the photo, and walked 6 steps and he was already in my face. That doesn't sound like me taking photos was ok. Noted. Don't take photos at/near/of banks. * We got our car on our 4th (2012) wedding anniversary, while Mr was still in school for his Masters. We had a 6 year loan, which seemed like enough time for him to graduate, get a job and for us to get settled in South Florida. At the end of 2015 I decided I did not want to still not own our car by my 30th birthday (Feb 2017). So I made a one year plan: by December 2016, the car would be paid off. As the date got closer, the drive to finish ahead of schedule was crazy! It was so close! So we gathered our pennies and decided, today was the day. Rip off that bandaid! One huge, final payment. Why were we waiting until December again? I shed a tear today. This was a huge! We planned, budgeted & executed. No dream is too big. We paid off our car two years early!!
