And before the world knew Bree, some YouTubers were already taking the world by storm, including Emily, the girl behind the channel paytotheorderofofof2, thewinekone, kaiserro11, scream0 and brookers. After a decade, the power of YouTube can not be denied as it has grown to be a powerhouse of entertainment where anyone can reach a global audience. And just ten years ago, the hoax of lonelygirl15 was enough to shock and baffle that audience, cementing its place in internet history.
I’d like to remind everyone that in 2007, youtube recognized this as the worst video on youtube and he got an award for it.
