I know some are saying the woman with Sam in Las Vegas can't be Karina Elle because she wouldn't be able to bring her dog to a Vegas hotel....

Well, there are definitely hotels that are dog friendly in Vegas. And the Wynn, where Sam stayed, not only is dog friendly, they treat our furry friends like royalty 👇
