Saturday was movie night for long time best friends Dove and Chai since she was thirteen and Chai was fifteen years old. The only thing that has changed in the past ten years is that now they could watch movies in their own apartments and without their parents hovering. The two had never been anything other than friends, best friends. Not even bothering to knock on the door Dove walked into her friends apartment at seven o’clock. “Hey I’m here! You ready?” The little blonde called out as she wandered the apartment looking for her friend.

Brooklyn had started working at the recording studio only a month before. He needed money and after seeing the help wanted sign, he figured their could be worse things than answering phones and going on coffee runs. On this particular day, it was setting up a booth for a VIP client. As he walked down the hall he heard a voice coming from behind the door to his left. It immediately grabbed his attention. He had never heard something beautiful. He leaned into the door, trying to get a better listen, but he hadn’t realized the door wasn’t fully closed. He went tumbling forward through the door. Only one man was inside, and he was one of the most gorgeous men Brooklyn had ever seen. He stood up immediately, ignoring the pain in his shoulder. “Oh- I’m sorry. I- I should-” He turned around towards the door, his cheeks flushing with red.

The Doctor opened the doors to look where the randomizer brought him and his friend this time.  “Sharlene, it’s a space ship,” he told her as he walked out, “We’ve landed on a space ship.  Looking at the technology around us and by smelling the air, I’d say the year is somewhere around 3050 and 3070.  Some interesting years in there.  It should be perfect to explore.”
