since its almost the new year there's a lot of pressure to recap what has happened this past 2017, and sometimes it can be hard to remember the good stuff, but dont discredit all the small steps you made, all the great things you stuck with from previous years. i learned how to snap when i was 14 and I STILL KNOW HOW and tbh that's awesome, and that's progress i made. what good habits did you stick with? what small victories did you celebrate?

this is so sweet!!!! honestly not 2 jump the gun or anything but i dont think it would be overdramatic 2 say i am completely 100% cured of depression these last few months!!! ive been doing: positive thinking, mindfulness, yoga, even drawing just 4 funsies!! ive gotten back in2 reading and i had my first real job (even if it was just very part-time lmao) this year sure did have some big ol donks in it personally but overall im doing really good and my new years resolution is just 2 keep on keeping on and doing me the only way i know how!!!!!!! two thousand great-teen!!!
