I've been wondering how to deal with the connection between the Paracelsian elemental salamander and our real world amphibian salamanders in my fantasy setting. So far, I haven't mentioned any of the little guys, because very few plots really hinge on salamanders.

I think the funniest thing is just to not have normal salamanders be a known thing in the setting. They see one of these guys and it's just "what the fuck is that thing?"

Even real and mythological creature exists but this. It's the only cryptid in the world

Women shouldn't feel ashamed for taking a day off because of our period. We shouldn't be shamed for taking a break when our bodies are basically resetting. You are not weak because you took the day off of work or school or took a rain check, you are listening to your body. My mom would say that a period is called a period for a reason it means stop, rest, then start a new day. Pushing yourself or ignoring the pain for the convenience of others such as employers or teachers or family doesn't help anyone especially not you. Listen to your body, don't feel ashamed for resting and letting your body do what womens bodies have been naturally doing for millennium.
