Health eating and loosing weight is a go! I joined the gym today and start next week and I have salmon with pesto pasta and mozzarella for tea tonight! I came home from town and had pomegranate, strawberries and an orange for a snack instead of crisps or chocolate! I go on about me loosing weight all the time but I've had a positive motivational kick and is serious! By 4/5 months I will see a difference in myself and be happy in my own skin!
