wondering if i should leave tumblr
i took a super long hiatus, and that’s on me, but i lost all of my lovely mutuals and friends. i don’t get any asks anymore. i honestly feel super alone on this site now.. should i leave?
not like anyone will answer.
I closed my Asks AGAIN since it keep getting filled up with requests for help in Gaza. Sadly I cannot donate and I don't want my blog to become "100% Help Me".
In fact, I almost want to leave tumblr because of these. I know I'll get them in Private Messages or as a reaction to a post.
It doesn't happen on Twitter, FaceBook, TikTok and BlueSky. Only here.

Would anyone actually know or realize I left? If so would they even care? Most likely not, for I am not loved and cared about in any way, shape, or form. *sigh*

When did Tumblr become so fucking annoying? I'm sure this site is full of 20 somethings and teens, and it seems like nearly everyone has some sort of issue. Everything is taken far too seriously here. There's no room for jokes unless they're incredibly stupid. Nearly every text post begs you to reblog it or you're literal trash, or to "spread this shit like wildfire". There are posts bullying people, and although some of those being bullied aren't exactly angels; this was supposed to be a place for fun. Making fun of someone for being white and straight because they have privilege is stupid. What do you honestly get out of it? Harming people who are subjected to this, those of whom come here to get away from their daily hardships only to be called literal garbage for being a white man. Turning "not all men" into a meme, so that not even a single man can defend himself to anything, even if that man literally has nothing to do with the oppression set by societal standards. There is nothing worth-while on this site anymore. It's become a meme-infested, male hating website.
I love Jesus, you don't. I love country music, you talk shit about it. I love kids, you can't stand them. Why am I even with you still?
