It’s been a fine winter, but I forget how I’m holding my breath until I exhale on the first days it stays above 40 degrees. My body releases its anticipation and my muscles soften in the warm bright sunlight. ~ I’ve always been apprehensive about accepting winter as a means to more deeply appreciate spring, that stoic go-down-to-add-value-to-up (new-England?) thinking, but after 19 years up here, I think I’m starting to understand. There’s layers and layers of life lessons in this simple cyclical existence, here for the taking. ~ Snow thaws. Buds form. Friends start coming around, making plans, carefully encouraging me to leave my house to, yes, even in the dark to go dancing. Peek-a-boo, says Caitlin 💋 She has a date tonight so we could only get a start shooting my up-coming vintage lingerie collection. 😉⚘Today's color of the day was pink, and I had everything from silps to nighties to chenille bedspreads, all from the 1930s to 1960s in size 38/40 bust. The chenilles were a pain to get the wrinkles out but I got them out finally and now they look beautiful in pictures. And with beautiful Caitlyn, I can't wait to see the shots!
